مسلحون في ليبيا خططوا لهجوم النيجر
كشف لوران فابيوس، وزير الخارجية الفرنسي، أن جماعات متطرفة في ليبيا خططت لهجوم النيجر ضد الأهداف الفرنسية والنيجرية، مشيرا إلى أن المعلومات المتوفرة حاليا تتحدث عن إمكانية التعرف على هوياتهم، في وقت أشار فيه إلى لجوء مسؤولي الحكومة الليبية لطلب دعم أمني فرنسي على أمل بسط نفوذها على كامل أراضيها في ظل استمرار تواجد أتباع القذافي والجماعات المتطرفة.

قال وزير الخارجية الفرنسي، لوران فابيوس، خلال ندوة صحفية نشطها مع نظيره الألماني جيدو وستروال، “إن كل من فرنسا وألمانيا تطرقتا إلى تقييم الوضع في مالي مباشرة بعد الندوة العالمية لمنح مساعدات لمالي في 15 ماي الفارط”. وأضاف “الأخبار التي تصلنا من مالي مشجعة، ففي الميدان جهود وتعبئة للمجتمع الدولي غير أن الطريق لا تزال طويلة”، مشيرا إلى أهمية التعاون الألماني في هذا المجال على أكثر من صعيد. وأشار الوزير “شخصيا سأنتقل الأسبوع المقبل إلى باماكو للوقوف على مدى تقدم الوضع”.

وصرح فابيوس بأنه تحادث مع نظيره الألماني حول الهجوم الإرهابي الذي وقع ضد مصالح فرنسية وضد ثكنة عسكرية تابعة للجيش النيجيري، مردفا “ندين بشدة هذه الهجمات الإرهابية”.

من جهة أخرى، كشف فابيوس عن وجود احتمال كبير أن العملية الإرهابية في النيجر تم التخطيط لها في ليبيا، موضحا بأنه تحدث في هذا الأمر مع نظيره الألماني وكذا الليبي.

وردا على سؤال حول علاقة ليبيا بما جرى في النيجر، قال لوران فابيوس إن “احتمالات التخطيط للهجوم النيجيري في ليبيا واردة جدا استنادا إلى معلومات تحصلنا عليها وتفيد بتورط بعض الجماعات في ليبيا”، وأشار “بإمكاننا بلوغ المسؤولين عن الاعتداء في ليبيا فنحن نملك معلومات عمن يقف وراء الهجوم”. ووصف الوضع في ليبيا بأنه غير مستقر رغم الجهود المبذولة من الحكومة الليبية لبسط سيطرتها على كامل ترابها الذي يحوي قبائل تكن الولاء للقذافي.

وصرح الوزير بأن فرنسا كانت قد عانت ويلات الإرهاب خلال الأشهر الماضية، حيث وقع هجوم على سفارة فرنسا في العاصمة الليبية طرابلس “أريد التطرق إلى شيء لا يمكن إغفاله، فخلال الأسابيع الماضية نظمت فرنسا ندوة عالمية حول إشكاليات الأمن في ليبيا وذلك بعدما لجأ مسؤولون ليببيون لفرنسا لطلب مساعدة من أجل بسط الأمن في بلادهم”.
