سعوديون يدشنون حملة للتحرش بالنساء العاملات

دشن عدد من النشطاء السعوديين هاشتاج بعنوان "تحرشوا بالكاشيرات" على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعى "تويتر" كدعوة منهم لمحاربة عمل المرأة خاصة "الكاشيرة" فى المولات والتحرش بهن، اعتقادا منهم أن هذا "حلال" شرعا لمنعها من الخروج من المنزل.

كما اعتبر أحد النشطاء السعوديين يدعى "عبد الله محمد الداوود" مبررا إطلاقه هذا الهاشتاج أن عمل المرأة هو تجارة بالبشر قائلا، إن هناك رسالة ماجستير أجيزت مؤخراً من قبل جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية أن عمل النساء لكسب رزقهن من وظائف فيها مخالطة للجمهور كـ"بائعات" أو "موظفات استقبال" نوعا من الإتجار بالبشر.

وعزت الرسالة التى أعدها الباحث الشرعى فى الجامعة محمد البقمى إطلاق صفة "الإتجار بالبشر" على تلك الأعمال لما فيها من اختلاط وفتنة (حسب بحثه)، مستنداً إلى قاعدة "درء المفاسد مقدم على جلب المصالح".

وجاءت الرسالة المثيرة بعنوان "الإتجار بالبشر: صوره وأحكامه وتطبيقاته القضائية"، موضحة أن استغلال النساء جسدياً يتم عبر مجالات متعددة، أبرزها استغلالهن فى وسائل الإعلام عموماً وفى الدعاية والإعلان خصوصاً، وفى العمل مضيفة وموظفة استقبال وكاشيرة، مشيرة إلى أن ذلك كله محرّم شرعاً.

وأن هناك فتاوى هيئة كبار العلماء بالمملكة العربية السعودية تؤكد أن الاستغلال الجسدى من الإتجار بالبشر إذا كان الهدف من توظيف المرأة فى هذه المهن استغلال جمالها وقوامها فى جذب الزبائن.

الأمر الذى أثار ردود فعل غاضبة لدى النشطاء على "تويتر"، معتبرين أن هذا أصبح أسلوب المتدينين فى نشر أفكارهم خاصة الوهابيين.

وعلق أحد النشطاء على هذه الحملة قائلا: "دعوة حقيرة لإهانة السيدات تشتمل على أشد درجات التمييز والعنف ضد المرأة.. هذه أزمة من أزمات العقل السلفى أن يستخدم وسيلة زعزعة اﻷمن وانتهاك الاستقرار من أجل إنفاذ اﻷفكار الخاصة وتعميمها بالقوة".

وقال آخر مهاجما "يوميا تعترضون على عمل المرأة بمجالات مباحة، لكن ولا واحد فيكم اقترح بدائل، كأنه تقول لو تقعد على رحمة الجمعيات اصرف".

وأضاف آخر "الناس دى عاوزين يتحرشوا بالنساء لمجرد أنهم نساء بتعمل والمستفز تبرير التحرش بالدين، يا أخى منك له استقيموا يرحمكم الله وسيبوا الناس تآكل عيش".

وقالت إحدى الناشطات مستنكرة "النساء مش سلعة دى، هى نص المجتمع، ورسولنا وصانا عليها، اتعلموا منه واستعملوا عقولكم إللى بقت كلها صدأ".

وقال أحد المؤيدين للحملة: "أتحدى واحد من اللى يدافعون عن العمل المختلط يقول أنا أرضى لزوجتى أو أختى أو بنتى أن تعمل، بين الرجال ولوحدها؟

وأشار آخر إلى أن هؤلاء السيدات لابد أن نقف لهن وقفة احترام، مضيفا "صبر جميل وحسنة من حيث لا تعرفن، وعمل فى سبيل عائلاتكن".

وأضاف آخر صاحب هذا الهاشتاج ينطبق عليه قول الله تعالى "إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّونَ أَنْ تَشِيعَ الْفَاحِشَةُ فِى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فِى الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ".

وقال أحد النشطاء إن هذه الحملة توضح مدى جهل وتخّلف وتشدد وسوء فهم بعض السعوديين للإسلام بدعوتهم للتحرش بالكاشيرات ليتوقفن عن العمل، هل انتهت كل مشاكلك لتوقفنا مراراً لنمنع باب الرزق والحياة على الكاشيرات المضطرات لهذا العمل الشريف.

وقالت أخرى: "العهر والفجور لا يوجدان فى جسد المرأة ولا حتى فى ملبسها، إنهما يوجدان فقط فى عقل الرجل المتخلف أخلاقيا والمكبوت جنسيا، والأولى به كداعية يدعى غيرته على الفضيلة أن يوصى بعدم التعرض للكاشيرات وغض البصر، لكن ثبت فقط أن كل ما يريده فرض الوصاية".

ودعا آخر النساء العاملات بالسعودية بمقاضاة من دعا لهذه الحملة قائلا: "يحق بل يجب لكل من تعمل خارج منزلها احتياطاً وتحسباً لأى تحرش أن ترفع قضية على الداوود بدعوى التحريض على التحرش".
