هل تعاني من تساقط الشعر وخاصة في مقدمة الرأس ووسطه؟

اذا كان عمرك في الثلاثينات فقد يكون وراثة، أما إذا كان خلاف ذلك فلربما يوجد نقص في فيتامين أ، ب .

ومن الوصفات العشبية الجيدة في علاج تساقط الشعر وقشرة فروة الرأس ما يلي:

* الزعتر Thyme:
نبات الزعتر عشب يحتوي على زيت طيار وهو المكون الرئيسي في هذا النبات.

وطريقة الاستعمال أن يسحق نبات الزعتر سحقاً ناعماً جداً ثم يؤخذ منه ملء ملعقة كبيرة ويوضع في ملء كوب ماء بارد عادي ويغطى ويترك لينقع مدة 24 ساعة كاملة ثم بعد ذلك يصفى الماء من الثفل ويستخدم لتدليلك فروة الرأس بلطف وذلك عند النوم مباشرة وتكرر العملية كل 24 ساعة عند النوم.

* السفرجل :
السفرجل فاكهة مشهورة وهذه الوصفة بالذات تخص قشرة فروة الرأس، حيث يؤخذ ملء ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق بذور ثمار السفرجل وتوضع في كوب ماء بارد ويغطى لمدة 24ساعة.

يؤخذ الماء بعد تصفيته ويفرك به فروة الرأس لمدة نصف ساعة يومياً عند الذهاب إلى النوم وتكرر العملية كل 24ساعة مع ملاحظة أن يكون المنقوع طازجا يومياً أولاً بأول، ويستمر الشخص على هذا المنوال لمدة شهر على الأقل ويمكن تكرار ذلك لمدة شهر آخر إذا دعت الحاجة.

* الفجل :
يجب الإكثار من أكل الفجل البلدي أو حتى الفجل المستورد وهذه الوصفة جيدة جداً لإنبات الشعر المتساقط، كما يمكن استخدام عصير الفجل مع زيت الخروع كدهان لفروة الرأس حيث يفرم الفجل ثم يؤخذ عصيره ويمزج معه كمية قليلة من زيت الخروع ويدهن بهذا المزيج فروة الرأس ويستمر الشخص على هذا الاستعمال لمدة شهر وذلك بمعدل مرة واحدة في اليوم في أي وقت.

* فول الصويا Soybeen :
وقد سبق الحديث عن فول الصويا وتعتبر من الأطعمة التي تحتوي على كمية كبيرة من البيوتين (Biotin) وهو أحد المغذيات الهامة التي تشبه الفيتامينات.

ومن المواد الطبيعية التي تحتوي على البيوتين الثوم والجنسنج الأمريكي والشوفان والشعير والأفوكادو وبذور القطن والذرة والسمسم ولكن فول الصويا هو أغنى هذه المواد بمادة البيوتن.

ولاستعمال فول الصويا يؤخذ أربع ملاعق أكل وتؤكل يومياً أو يمكن شراء مستحضر البيوتين الذي يوجد جاهزاً في محلات الأغذية التكميلية والجرعة منه 6ملجم يومياً.

* الزنجبيل والسمسم: Ginger and Sesame :
يؤخذ زنجبيل طازج ويقشر ثم يعصر ثم يؤخذ ملعقة إلى ملعقتين من عصيره واخلطها مع ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة من زيت السمسم مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة من عصير الليمون وامزجها جيداً ثم أدلك فروة الرأس بهذا المزيج بمعدل ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع.

* بذور البقدونس Barsley Seeds :
تستخدم بذور البقدونس لعلاج ضعف الشعر حيث يؤخذ ملء ملعقة كبيرة من مسحوق بذر البقدونس وتخلط بحوالي كوب من الماء ويترك لمدة 12ساعة ثم يدلك به فروة الرأس يومياً عند النوم ولمدة أسبوع ثم بعد ذلك ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع الثاني ثم مرتين بعد ذلك أسبوعياً.

* زيت الزيتون مع صبغة قشرة جوزة الطيب:
يؤخذ حوالي نصف فنجان قهوة من زيت الزيتون ويمزج مع ربع فنجان من صبغة قشرة ثمرة جوزة الطيب ويدلك بهذا المزيج فروة الرأس وبمعدل مرة واحدة في اليوم ولمدة شهر.

هذه الوصفة لتقوية الشعر.
- زيت الورد + زيت الآس + زيت الحنظل + حنا + كثيراء + زيت خروع:

تستخدم هذه الوصفة على أن تعمل طازجة بالمنزل حيث تؤخذ كميات متساوية من المواد المذكورة أعلاه حيث تستحق المواد الصلبة مثل الحناء والكثبراء ثم تخلط بالزيوت المرافقة وتستخدم كدهان بمعدل مرتين في الأسبوع وهذه الوصفة تمنع سقوط الشعر.

* القراص Stinging Nettle يستخدم القراص بالنسبة للشعر كمقو ويستخدم القراص على هيئة خل والطريقة أن يؤخذ حوالي خمس ملاعق كبيرة من مسحوق نبات القراص ويوضع في إناء يحتوي على لتر من الماء + نصف لتر من الخل العادي ثم يوضع فوق النار ويترك يغلي لمدة نصف ساعة ثم بعد ذلك يحفظ في زجاجة مغلقة ويستعمل منه ما يكفي لدلك فروة الرأس وذلك بمعدل مرة واحدة في اليوم.

* الكزبرة + أوراق الرمان Coriander :
يوجد من الكزبرة نوعان؛ الكزبرة العادية المعروفة وكزبرة البثر حيث تؤخذ أجزاء متساوية من الكزبرة العادية وكزبرة البثر وأوراق الرمان الجافة ثم تمزج سوياً مسحوقة وتغلى مع لتر من الماء ثم تصفى ويغسل بها الشعر فقط وذلك كإجراء اضافي مع إحدى الوصفات السابقة حيث إن هذه الوصفة تثبت الشعر في فروة الرأس كما تعطيه ملمساً ناعماً ولوناً جذاباً.

* السنامكي: Senna :
من المعروف أن أوراق وثمار السنامكي من المسهلات الجيدة ولكن في هذا الموضوع تستخدم أوراق السنامكي ضد حكة الرأس وضد سقوط الشعر ويزيد من طوله ويسوده نوعاً ما، والطريقة أن تؤخذ ملعقة كبيرة من أوراق السنامكي وتوضع في ملء كوب من الخل العادي ويوضع على النار ويترك لمدة نصف ساعة ثم يصفى ويغسل به الشعر ويدلك به فروة الرأس مرة واحدة في اليوم.

* خيار + جزر + جرجير:
نظراً لأن تساقط الشعر أساسه نقص في المواد الغذائية وبالأخص فيتاين أ والذي يتواجد بكثرة في كل من الخيار والجزر والجرجير وعليه فإنه يجب أكل الخيار بواقع نصف كيلو يومياً ويجب أن يؤكل بقشورة وأيضاً حبتين من الجزر دون أن يقشر، أما فيما يتعلق بالجرجير فيؤخذ حزمة وتوزع على مرتين في اليوم وإذا كانت الحزمة كبيرة فتوزع على ثلاث مرات في اليوم.

ويستمر تناول هذه النباتات الثلاثة لمدة شهر ويفضل أن تستعمل هذه الوصفة قبل استعمال وصفة الزيت الثلاثي بشهر، حيث إنها تزيد من تأثيره.
