سفير جزائري يرفع شكوى ضد مواطنه في قطر ويدخله السجن
في سابقة بتاريخ الدبلوماسية الجزائرية قام سفير دولة الجزائر في الدوحة، بمقاضاة مواطن جزائري، ووصل الأمر حتى إيداعه السجن، وهي حادثة معاكسة تماماً لما ينتظر الناس عادة من سفير أية دولة، من دفاع عن مصالح مواطني دولته.

القصة التي رواها والدا الشاب عادل طبيب، وهو مهندس في مجال الكهرباء، بسيطة ولا تحتاج من سفير الجزائر بالدوحة القطرية كل "الإهانة التي لحقت بابنهما عادل"، على حد تعبيرهما.

وفي هذا السياق، قال الوالد حسان، وهو متقاعد في صفوف الدرك الوطني اليوم الثلاثاء، تعليقاً على الحادثة: "ابني عادل قصد السفارة الجزائرية بالدوحة لمقابلة السفير بغرض طلب مساعدته بعدما فقد عمله هناك، وجرى نقاش بين ابني وسعادة السفير، حيث قال الأخير لابني إنه لولا فشلك لما توقفت عن عملك، فردّ عليه ابني قائلاً: لا تشتمني، وأنت لو كنت سفيراً حقيقة لما قلت هذا الكلام".

ويبدو أن المهندس عادل قام في وقت لاحق بكتابة تعليق على موقع "فيسبوك" يتعلق بالحادثة، فاعتبره السفير استهدافاً شخصياً له، وتحديداً عبارة "السفارة الجزائرية في قطر لا تهتم بمشاكل الجزائر ومن الأحسن غلقها".

وتطور الأمر لاحقاً إلى رفع بلاغ لدى النائب العام في قطر، ونتج عنه توقيف المهندس عادل طبيب، وإحالته إلى الحبس الاحتياطي، حيث أمضى ليلة السبت إلى الأحد في السجن.

وتسارعت الأحداث بعدما وصلت المشكلة إلى الجزائر العاصمة، وبعدما طلبت عائلة المهندس من وزارة الخارجية التدخل، وهو ما حدث بالفعل، بحسب ما كشفته والدة المهندس عادل : "كنت أتواصل بشكل يومي مع ابني، لكن قبل يومين لم أستطع الوصول إليه، وعرفت لاحقاً ما وقع، فاتصل زوجي بمسؤول في الخارجية، وفعلاً استجاب هذا المسوؤل الذي أدى ما عليه".

لكن والدة المهندس عادل تتوقف لحظة وتقول: "لم أستوعب كيف لسفير دولة يغلق هاتفه في وجه مسؤوليه؟ وكيف فكر في أن يدخل ابني السجن بدل مساعدته ولو بالكلمة الطيبة؟". وأضافت المتحدثة بحسرة: "لقد بات ابني ليلته في الزنزانة بعد رفض السفير سحب شكواه، ولم يقم بسحبها إلا في اليوم التالي".

ومن جهته، عبّر الوالد حسان عن انزعاجه الشديد لهذه المعاملة، وأوضح "لم أكن أتمنى أن تصل الأمور إلى مثل هذا المستوى المؤسف بما يشوّه صورة الجزائر، ودبلوماسية الجزائر، ولكن للأسف هناك من لا يعرف قدر المسؤولية".


واختلفت مواقف الجزائريين على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، من قضية المهندس عادل والسفير، وذهب بعضهم إلى الإشارة إلى أن "الخلاف قديم بين الطرفين، وما حدث خلال اليومين الماضيين، هو استمرار لقضية سابقة بين أخ المهندس عادل، واسمه شفيق، وسعادة السفير"، لكن آخرين نبهوا إلى "خطورة القضية كونها تمس مباشرة سمعة الجزائر".
