حينما أكد بأن المدرب روجي لومير اتخذ قراره النهائي بخصوص بقائه على رأس العارضة الفنية للسنافر الموسم القادم. وكشف "سوسو" بأن لومير سيظلّ بمدينة الجسور المعلقة الموسم القادم مدربا للسنافر، ولكن مع وجود بعض المستجدّات المتمثلة في تخليه على كامل أعضاء الطاقم الفني الذي عمل معه هذا الموسم وساهم في قيادة "الخضورة" إلى المرتبة الثالثة المؤهلة لكأس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية.

وفي سياق حديث بوالحبيب إلى "الهداف"، أكد بأن لومير سلمهم بعض تقريرا مفصلا عن ظروف العمل التي يجب أن تكون حاضرة الموسم القادم حتى يظل على رأس العارضة الفنية للفريق، ومن بين الأمور التي تحدّث عنها لومير، تلك المتعلقة بطاقمه الفني على حدّ تعبير بوالحبيب، حيث أكد بأنه لا يريد بقاء أي أحد معه، وهو ما يؤكد أن لومير لم يكن راضيا على العمل المقدّم من جدي وبونعاس ولعور.
بونعاس ولعور يغادران الشباب
وحسب كلام بوالحبيب، فإن المدرب روجي لومير قرّر بشكل نهائي التخلي عن خدمات بونعاس نور الدين ومنير لعور، خصوصا أنه يرغب في تشكيل طاقم فني من أعلى مستوى، على اعتبار أن النادي الرياضي القسنطيني مقبل الموسم القادم على التنافس على أربع جبهات. وبذلك يرحل بونعاس عن الفريق بعد ثلاث مواسم متتالية في العمل، في الوقت الذي سيغادر لعور بعد موسم واحد قضاه مع الشباب.
لكن المشكل في مساعده جدّي الذي رافقه في كلّ محطاته
وتبقى المشكلة المطروحة هو أن بوالحبيب لم يستثن المدرب المساعد التونسي رضا جدي، حيث قال بأن المدرب الفرنسي روجي لومير طلب تغيير كامل أعضاء الطاقم الفني، ولم يذكر بالمرّة مساعده الدائم رضا جدي، وهو الأمر الذي يثير علامات الاستفهام، خصوصا أن الجميع يعلم العلاقة الرائعة بين لومير وجدي، حيث لا يكاد لومير ينتقل إلى مكان، إلا وتجد جدّي ملازما له، فهو يعتبره اليد اليمنى له ولا يمكن له بأيّ شكل من الأشكال التخلي عنه. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن عودة لومير من بلجيكا ستكشف اللثام عن هذه القضية.
