نحتاج الى
علبة بسكويت بالعسل وممكن اضافة العسل إليه إن لم يوجد
3ملاعق سكر
ثلاث ملاعق من المرجرين أو الزبدة
2 علبة فيلاديلفيا
كوب سكر
ثلاث ملاعق دقيق
ملعقة فانيلا
كوب كريمة حامضة Sour Cream
4بيضات
1علبة كرز cherry pie filling
وممكن الاستعانة عنه بالفراولة

الطريقة
نقوم بخلط علبة البسكويت بعد طحنه مع ملاعق السكر والمرجرين الى أن يمتزج الخليط ونضعه في الصينيه ذات قالب

قابل لفتح طريقة وضع البسكوت في الصينيه
ندخلها الفرن لمدة 10 دقائق

بعدها نقوم بتجهيز الكريمة
نقوم بخلط الجبن الفيلاديلفيا والسكر والفانيلا والدقيق بالخلاط الكهربائية على سرعة متوسطة الى أن يمتزج الخليط ثم نضيف الساور كريم ونخلطه جيد

ثم نقوم بإضافة البيض واحدة تلو الاخرى بين كل واحدة واخرى يجب ان نمزج الخليط بسرعة بطيئة القصد من الخلط فقط ان يختلط البيض مع الخليط
نصب الخليط فوق البسكويت
وندخله الفرن لمدة ساعة وعشر دقائق او الى ان يجمد الخليط بمعنى ان تتغير من الحالة السائلة الى المتماسكة تبرد بعدها لمدة 4 ساعات او لليلة كاملة (عدم فتح الصينية قبل ان تبرد لكي لا تتكسر )
