شوصون بالدجاج

المقادير
العجين
250 غرام من الطحين (فرينة)

80 غرام من الزبدة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الملح
1 بيضة
10 ملاعق طعام من الماء الدافئ
1 ملعقة طعام من السكر
1 ملعقة صغيرة من الخميرة الفورية للخبز
الحشو
200 غرام من الدجاج
1 جزرة متوسطة، مبشورة
2 بصل كبيرة، مفرومة فرما ناعما
الملح والفلفل والكمون والكركم
2قطع من جبن كيري او البقرة الضاحكة
50 غرام من الجبن المبشور
زيت
1 فص من الثوم، مبشورة
1/2 كوب ماء
المكونات الأخرى
1 صفار البيض ملعقة حساء + 1 ملعقة من الحليب


طريقة التحضير

العجين
في وعاء صغير، يخلط ملعقة كبيرة من الطحين والخميرة والسكر والماء الدافئ.
نتركه لمدة 10 دقائق.في جهة اخرى نخلط الطحين مع الزبدة ثم نضيف .
الملح والبيض ونخلط المكونات باستعمال اليد . يعجن لمدة 10 دقيقة.
نضيف الخميرة ويعجن مرة أخرى لمدة 5 دقائق. نغطي العجين ونتركه في مكان دافئ ليرتفع ويخمر.
إعداد حشو
يقلى البصل في الزيت لمدة 5 دقائق. أضيفي الدجاج والملح والفلفل والكركم والكمون والثوم، وتقلى لمدة 5 دقائق.
نضيف نصف كوب من الماء وإضافة الجزر المبشور. يغطى ويطهى على نار هادئة حتى التبخر الكلي من السوائل.
يرفع عن النار ويترك لتبرد.
نضع الخليط في وعاء، نضيف الجبن إونخلط بالشوكة بعد ان نكون فتتنا الدجاج ونزعنا العظم
ناخذ العجينة على طاولة عمل ونحللها بسمك 2 ملم ثم نقطعها دوائر نضع قليل من الحشو في نصف الداشرة ثم نغطيها بالنصف الاخر ونشكل الشوصون وندهنه بفرشاة بخليط صفار البيض وملعقة الحليب ونرش بذور الكمون او السمسم . ندخله الفؤن لمدة 15 الى 20 دقيقة على حرارة 180 درجة .
