بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم.
يزعم البعضُ أنّ الخليجَ العربيَّ أصبحَ يشكو ويعاني من ظاهرةِ " التهنّد " الاجتماعي والثقافي، وحتى اللغوي. ومن يقول عكس ذلك. فإنما هو إلاّ كمن يبحثُ عن دليلٍ للشمسِ وهي بازغة في وضح النهار.
إذا نظرنا إلى البلدان الغربية، نجدُ جلها إن لم أقل كلها.
أنها تَفرض على المهاجر إليها أن يتكيّفَ مع المجتمعِ الجديدِ الذي يهاجر إليه، لدرجة أنها تعيد تأهيله لغويًّا بأتقان بعض المفرادت والتعابير بلغة أهل البلد.
لكن في الخليج فُرض على العربِ أن "يتكيّفوا" لغويًّا مع الهنود والأسيويين.
وكأني بمنطقة الخليج قد تحوّلت إلى منطقة غير عربية على مستوى اللغة. فاللغة العربية التي كانت عقيلة حرة، ليس لها ضرة.. أصبحت لغة ثانية في بعض دول الخليج، حتى أنّ المواطنَ الخليجي نجدهُ يرطن بكلمات انجليزية و ربما يجهل معانيها.
كما أن في بعض دول الخليج أصبحَ السكان الأصليون يشكّلون أقليّةً لا تتعدى نسبتهم 15% من مجموع السكان.
لعمري لهي الطامة الكبرى.
حيثُ أن هناك تقارير نشرت مؤخرًا
تقول: " يوجد في الخليج العربي أكثر من ثلاثة ملايين خادمةَ بيتٍ أسيوية، كما يوجد أكثر من 15 مليوناً أجنبيًّا، يحوّل هؤلاء إلى بلدانهم.. وإلى الهند أساسًا ما لا يقلّ عن 30 مليارًا من الدولارات سنويّا ! "
وهذا رقم يمكن أن يحدث العجب العجاب لو أعيد توطينه في الخليج، أو استثماره في الوطن العربي.
وحتى أكون منصفًا أقول:
ربما أنّ الخليجيين يكونون على حقٍّ بعض الشيء حين يستقدِمون بعض الأسيويين بدلاً منَ العرب.. لأنّ العرب لا يعملون.. وإذا عملوا يطلبون أكثر. و هكذا دأب العرب.
بقي من الإشارة إليه.. أنّ أهل الخليج الآن هم أمام مشكلة حقيقية.. فإذا واصلوا النمو الاقتصادي رهنوا بلدانهم إلى العمالة الأسيوية، وإذا توقّفوا تخلّفوا أكثر.. لأنّ الطفرة الاقتصادية المحققة في الخليج أنتجت نموّاً سريعًا وتطوّرًا هائلاً، وأصبح هذا التطور يتطلّع إلى تنميةٍ سياسيةٍ.. ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك في ظل الخلل السكاني الحاصل.
حتى أنّ المنطقة أصبحت مهددةً بقلائل اجتماعية إذا ما تحركت العمالة الأسيوية للمطالبة "بالحقوق ".
فهل عمل أهل الخليج حسابًا لهذا؟
أم تركوه للزمن؟

وفعلاً هو كما ذكرتُ..
إن ضغطت المنظمات الدولية والبعض منها تابعة للامم المتحدة على المشروع فهي فعلاً ستحدث خللاَ في التركيبة البشرية التي بدورها سوف الهويّة الثقافية والعرقية في تلك المنطقة.
إذا علمنا أن تقاليد الانتماء للقبيلة ما زال سائدًا في جل أقطار منطقة الخليج.
نتمى من اهل الخليج أن يدرسون هذا الامر بروّية.
وأملنا كبير في أهل الخليج أن يتغلبوا عن هذه الظاهرة.

وقد كنت أحاول -للمصادفة سبحان الله- أحاول إثارة انتباهها إلى أن الخليجيّين مرهون تقدّمهم بالعمالة الهندو أسيويّة ..
فاعترفت بهذا .. وأخبرتني أنّ العمالة العربيّة تماما كما ذكرتَ في مقالك:لاتعمل بجدّ ومتطلّبة .. لهذا لجؤوا هناك للجنس الأصفر ..
ثمّ سألتها ذات مرّة عن كيفيّة التواصل معهم فأخبرتني أن هناك عدّة دورات ودروس ليليّة لتدريب العمال الأجانب اللغة العربية ..
وهناك تجاوب كبير .. بمعنى ليس بالضّرورة ستنصهر اللغة العربية أو بالأحرى تُعَوَّضْ باللغات الحيّة أو الميــتة ..
صحيح لم تنكر محدّثتنا أن هناك بعض التأثّر باللغات الأخرى في التواصل معهم .. ولكن .. سرعانما يتمّ تعليمهم العربيّة .. ليس الفصحى حتما ولكن اللهجة العربية المبسّطــة ..
وتبقى هاته وجهة نظرها ..
إعذرونا إن خرجنا عن صلب التساؤل المطروح ..

مرحبًا بعقيلة الرجال.
يعلم الله ما طرحت هذا الموضوع إلاّ حرصا منا على إخوة لنا.
أما قضية تفشي الرطانة هناك فهو ظاهر للعيان.
لعمري فقد شهدته مؤخرًا عندما توقفتُ في مدينة خليجية وأنا في طريقي إلى أقصى بقعة في المحيط الهادي..
ورأيت ما رأيته ..
المهم أتمنى من الاخوة في الخليج العمل على حل هذه الظاهرة حتى لا تحدث في الطن بلة.
قد يأتي من يعارض ..ولكن هي الحقيقة..

لطالما فكّرت في هذا الأمر..
خلال عمرتي الأخيرة لاحظت الأعداد الهائلة للعمالة الآسيوية في كل من مكة و المدينة
و سألت كم سعودية عن سبب الإستغناء عن العمالة العربية ؟؟
فكان الرد العرب لا يعملون بجدّ.
و يبقى أمر السعودية أيسر من دول الخليج لأن عدد سكانها أكبر

الحل في رأيي إن كان الخليج يريد حلا
هو أن يعمل العامل بعقد ثلاث سنوات غير قابلة للتجديد
و يستبدل بعامل جديد وما أكثر اليد العاملة الآسيوية التي تحلم بالعمل بالخليج
.
أما إن تُرك الحال هكذا....فسيصبح الخليج بأكثرية آسيوية..ربما تطيح بالأنظمة القائمة لتحكم نفسها.
