اولا ما هو التقشير الكيميائي :
يعد التقشير الكيميائي إحدى طرق تجديد الجلد يتم بواسطة إضافة مادة مقشرة للجلد تؤدي إلى استبدال
طبقة البشرة أو جزء منه كما تستطيع إعادة بناء الكولاجين بحيث تحسن من تجاعيد و ندب و تبقعات الجلد .
يتألف الجلد من ثلاث طبقات وهي :
1- الطبقة السطحية ( البشرة ) 2- الطبقة المتوسطة ( الأدمة ) 3- الطبقة السفلى (الدهنية )
لذلك فانه اعتمادا على مدى العمق الذي يحدثه الحامض في الجلد يتم تقسيم التقشير الكيميائي إلى ثلاث فئات تختلف كل منها من ناحية استخداماتها, طريقتها و مضاعفاتها.

أولا : التقشير السطحي : وينقسم إلى نوعين:
أ – التقشير الخفيف جدا :
يتم باستخدام أحماض الفواكه أو حمض الخليك بتركيز 10 – 15 %
_ يصل عمقه إلى طبقة القرنية من البشرة و الطبقة التي تليها فقط.
_ يستخدم لتنعيم و تحسين مظهر البشرة كما يفيد في علاج الكلف و حب لشباب و لكن من الضروري استخدام عده جلسات تتراوح من 3 إلى 6 بمعدل جلسة كل أسبوعين.
_ يعتبر امن حيث يكاد يكون خاليا من المضاعفات , كما انه يناسب جميع أنواع البشرة حتى السمراء كما انه لا يحتاج إلى تخدير .

ب_ التقشير الخفيف :
يتم باستخدام حمض الخليك بتركيز يصل الى 30 % أو حمض الجلايكوليك بتركيز70 %
_ يصل عمقه إلى كامل طبقة البشرة .
_ يعتبر أكثر فعالية من التقشير الخفيف جدا لعلاج التصبغات و الندب السطحية .
_ عادة يتبعه احمرار و قشور على سطح الجلد لمدة 3 الى5 أيام .

ثانيا : التقشير المتوسط :
يتم باستخدام حمض الخليك بتركيز 35الى 45 % لوحده أو إضافة أحماض أخرى
_ يصل عمقه إلى النصف الأعلى من طبقة الأدمة .
_ يعطي نتائج ملحوظة في علاج تجاعيد و شيخوخة البشرة و عدم تجانس لون البشرة.
_ عادة يتبعه احمرار و قشور تستمر لمدة 7 إلى 10 أيام.
_ يناسب ذوي البشرة البيضاء فقط .

ثالثا : التقشير العميق :
يعتمد أساسا على محلول فينول ( بيكر)
_ يعتبر اقوي أنواع التقشير الكيميائي حيث أن عمقه يصل إلى النصف السفلي من طبقة الأدمة .
_ يتميز بمعالجة التجاعيد العميقة و الندب بالإضافة إلى ترهل البشرة .
_ يستخدم لمرة واحدة فقط كما يجب توخي الحذر عند استخدامه لأنه قد يؤدي إلى بقع بيضاء كعرض جانبي لذلك لا ينصح به إلا لذوي البشرة الفاتحة جدا فقط .
_ عادة يتبعه احمرار و تقشير يستمر لمدة أسبوعين كما يجب أن يصاحب باستخدام مخدر

التخلص من التصبغات والتبقعات.
علاج ندبات حب الشباب .
