السلام عليكم

لقد أصبحت شيئا منتشرا .. والحقائق عنها تتخفى بين الشائعات .. يمارسها تقريبا 95 % من الشباب و حوالي 70 % من الشابات .. سنناقشها سويا من عدة جوانب ..اهما الجانب الجسدي والجانب النفسي والجانب الروحي .. تأثيرها الجسدي نخص به الرجل فقط أما الجانب الجسدي .. وتأثيرها - الممارسة المعتدله لا تسبب اضرارا صحية حقيقة تذكر .. - الممارسة الكثيره والمتكرره .. قد يشعر معها الرجل بالتعب - الاحساس بالام اسفل الظهر - مع المدي البعيد قد تسبب قذف مبكر - ضعف الذاكرة لا شك ان معظم هذه الاخطار لا تحدث الا بالاستمرار المتواصل بالمعدل العالي لفتره طويله تصل الى سنوات .. ولكن لا توجد اخطار اخري حقيقيه تحدث سريعا .. واتعجب من الشائعات التي تنشر في كل مكان عن اخطار ضخمه تحدث كاذبة لتشجيع الناس على تركها .. والجانب النفسي .. لا شك ان لها اضرارا نفسيه حقيقية ..فهي تجعل من يقوم بها حزينا مكتئبا ..يشعر بعدها بالضعف النفسي واستحقار الذات والشعور بالذنب .. انها تشغل الذهن وتشتت التركيز ايضا ..لما يقومه الشخص من بعض الخيالات التي تنهك العقل في التفكير .. دون ان يستخدم هذه الطاقه الجباره في العلم .. أخيرا الجانب الروحي .. أجمع معظم العلماء على انها حرام شرعا ..استنادا الي قول الله عز وجل “ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ * إِلاّ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ * فَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَاء ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ ” وقال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية : أما الاستمناء فالأصل فيه التحريم عند جمهور العلماء ، وعلى فاعله التعزير وليس مثل الزنا . والله أعلم . فعند علمك عنها بأنها حرام شرعا وانت أثم وتظل تقوم بها .. فتخيل حجم المعاصي واحساسك بارتكاب المعاصي .. ومن يتقي الله يجعل له مخرجا .. واخيرا الحلول .. بداية يجب التقليل من معدل ممارسه العاده السريه ..اذا كانت 7 مرات اسبوعيا اجلعهم ثلاث فقط وهكذا .. يجب الابتعاد عن العزله الاجتماعيه لان ذلك من شأنه اجبار الشاب على التفكير في هذه المحرمات ..لا تحاول ان تكون وحيدا ابدا ممارسه الرياضه بشكل منتظم اشغال وقت الفراغ باي اشياء مفيده يجب الابتعاد عن كل المؤثرات مثل التلفزيون والانترنت وبعض الاماكن التي تتواجد فيها الفتيات المتبرجات بكثافه .. عدم الخلود الي النوم الا اذا كنت متعبا جدا .. يجب مراقبة الله عز وجل في الخلوه وانه يراك وانت تفعل هذا الفعل المحرم .. حفظ الفرج سبب لدخول الجنه ..فجاهد نفسك لا تحاول ابدا لمس الاعضاء التناسليه ..الا بعد الحمام فقط .. أخيرا قوة الاراده هي المفتاح لفعل المعجزات ..وان الله جعل ارادة الانسان قادره على تحقيق مالايمكن ان يتخيله هو ..فما بالكم بشيء صغير مثل هذا وخير الجهاد جهاد النفس ..
