مشاكل الأسنان ممكن أن تفقدك نظرك وتسبب لك أمراض أخرى

يعتقد الكثير من الناس أن معالجة أمراض الفم و الأسنان ليست ضرورية ، لذلك وبسبب قلة الأموال أو الإهمال تهمل صحة الفم والأسنان عند الكثيرين .

إن الكثير من حالات التهابات أعصاب ولب الأسنان التي لم تعالج تتطور في مراحل لاحقة إلى حالة التعفن ومن ثم تكون الآفة الذروية .

اللآفة الذروية : هي كيس إنتاني ( جرثومي ) قوامه دهني يتوضع على ذروة جذور الأسنان المتعفنة والمهملة .



في الحالة الوسطية التهاب نسج ما حول ذروية إذا كان مزمن ذو امتداد محدد يمكن أن يشخص بسهولة على الصورة الشعاعية في حال بقائه لمدة طويلة

المشكلة تكبر عندما لا تظهر الأفة الذروية في الصور الشعاعية بشكل جيد وهذا يحدث عندما تكون الآفة حديثة أو ذات حجم صغير وكذلك عندما تحجب المعالم التشريحية المجاورة لمنطقة الآفة تفاصيل هذه الآفة .

تستمر الآفة في الكبر إلى أن يحدث توازن في المحتويات أي توازن بين الوظيفة الدفاعية للنسج المحيط وبين الجراثيم والزيفانات المسببة للالتهابات .ينتهي هذا التوازن بتشكل الورم الحبيبي والذي قد يتطور إلى كيس و قد لا يتطور . الكيس ممكن أن يكون حجمه كحجم رأس الدبوس وممكن أن يتطور لينتشر في الفك كاملاً ليشكل مشكلة كبيرة للمريض ، والمشكلة تكمن في أن مكان تكون الكيس يمتص العظم ويختفي مما يشكل كارثة كبيرة للفك المصاب الذي قد يختفي جزء منه





آلية تأثير الآفة :إن آلية تأثير الآفة الذروية على الجسم تعتمد على التأثير السمي و ألتحسسي لذيفانات أو سموم الجراثيم الموجودة في الآفة الذروية والتي تطلقها الجراثيم المتواضعة في هذه الأكياس ،تؤثر الآفات الذروية على كل الجسم فهي تؤثر على المفاصل ، القلب ، العيون ، الكليتين ، الأوعية الدموية ، الرأس و الأذن .....















بعض الحالات التي شوهدت :

حالة أم أحد الزملاء الأطباء كانت تعاني من أوجاع في العين اليسرى وقد راجعت الكثير من أطباء العيون واستخدمت الكثير من الأدوية ولكن دون جدوى .

تم تصويرها بجهاز الأشعة البانورامية وبعد الكشف تبين أنها تعاني من آفة ذروية في الناب الأيسر ، وبشكل مباشر بعد التخدير زالت الآلام ، وقد حاولت إقناع المريضة بالعلاج ولكنها أصرت على قلع الناب لقوة المعانات اليومية مع أنه كان يمكن علاجه .

وحالة أخرى شاهدتها منذ زمن كانت لفتات عمرها حوالي 18 عام ، عندما أتت إلي كانت عينها اليمنى ملتهبة ولا ترى فيها ، وقد تأكد من ذلك طبيب العيون الذي كان يعالجها من التهاب العين لمدة طويلة بشتى الطرق إلى أن فقدت بصرها في تلك العين ، طبيب العيون لم يستفيق إلى المشكلة الكامنة إلا بعد أن انتقل المرض إلى العين الأخرى اليمنى ، حيث بدا الموضوع أكثر غموضاً ، وعندها قرر أن يستشير طبيب أسنان عله يساعده في هذه المشكلة العويصة ، وبالفعل وبعد تصويرها ومعاينتها كان الأمر كما توقعت فقد كانت الكارثة ذات مصدر فموي وبالتحديد كان مصدرها الأسنان المتعفنة و أللآفات الذروية ، وبعد قلع الكثير من الأسنان التي كانت تحتوي على آفات ذروية توقفت الالتهابات في العين الأخرى وشفيت المريضة ولكن مع الأسف بعد أن فقدت عيناً من عينيها .

جميع الدراسات الحديثة تؤكد تأثيرات التهابات اللثة على أمراض الجسم ومنها ، أخر بحث أكد تأثير التهابات اللثة على تكون الجلطات القلبية ، وفي دراسة أخرى على اعتلال عضلات وشغاف القلب ( راجع الأبحاث المرفقة بالصفحة)
