طلاب بلجيكيون يدعون إلى مراجعة العلاقات مع الجامعات الإسرائيلية

دعا طلاب جامعيون بلجيكيون السلطات المعنية فى بلادهم لمراجعة العلاقات والاتفاقات الموقعة بين الجامعات البلجيكية ونظيراتها الإسرائيلية، خاصة فى مجالات البحث والبعثات.

وأشار بيان أصدرته الرابطة الطلابية البلجيكية إلى أن 85% من المنتسبين إلى رابطة الطلاب الفرانكوفون "الناطقين بالفرنسية" صوتوا على توصية، سيقومون بعرضها على السلطات المختصة، من أجل حثها على وقف التعاون مع السلطات الإسرائيلية، تعبيرا عن احتجاجهم على الممارسات الإسرائيلية، فيما يخص حرمان الطلاب الفلسطينيين من حقهم فى التعليم.


وأوضح البيان أن مطالب الموقعين عليه جاءت ردا على استمرار سياسة الاحتلال والفصل العنصرى، التى تمارسها السلطات الإسرائيلية بحق الفلسطينيين، ولفت إلى أنه لم يتم تسجيل أى تحسن فى السياسة الإسرائيلية تجاه الطلبة على مدى العقود الماضية، إذ تستمر الحكومة الإسرائيلية فى انتهاك كافة القوانين الدولية، حسب البيان.

وأرفق الطلاب ببيانهم إحصائيات وأمثلة حول ما تقوم به إسرائيل، وتؤكد أنه فى عام 2009، تم إخضاع 57% من الطلبة الفلسطينيين للتوقيف عند عدة نقاط أمنية وتفتيشهم قبل الوصول إلى جامعاتهم.
وفى هذا الصدد، أشار رئيس الرابطة ديفيد مانيدز، إلى أن إسرائيل تتعمد عرقلة تحرك الطلاب، خاصة فى قطاع غزة بسب استمرار الحصار، مناشدا الجامعات البلجيكية مثل جامعة بروكسل الحرة وجامعة نامير وجامعة لوفان الكاثوليكية العمل على مراجعة سياسة تعاونها مع الجامعة الإسرائيلية.
