ان شاء الله يكون هذا المليار دولار الذي تصدقت به الجزائر على افريقيا الفقيرة له تأثير في رد البلاء على الشعب الجزائري وان يحفظ الجزائر من كل مكروه .ويكون سببا في شفاء الرئيس بوتفليقة .

خاصة ان الاسلام يحث على الخير وفعل الخير .
