افتك موقع الشروق أون لاين للمرة الثانية على التوالي الجائزة الأولى للصحافة الإلكترونية بالجزائر في مسابقة "ميديا ستار" التي تنظمها شركة نجمة للاتصالات كل سنة.

وفاز الزميل عبد الرحمان بوخاري (المشرف العام لمنتديات الشروق اونلاين) سهرة الأربعاء بجائزة أحسن مقال في صنف الإعلام الإلكتروني لعام 2013 عن مقال له بعنوان "منظمات المجتمع المدني الإلكترونية في الجزائر" والذي تناول التحول الذي عرفه نشاط هذه المنظمات من الطابع التقليدي إلى النشاط في الفضاء الافتراضي عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على الانترنيت باعتبارها فضاء جديدا لممارسة أعمالها الخيرية والاجتماعية وحتى السياسية من أجل استقطاب أكبر عدد ممكن من الجماهير.
ويأتي افتكاك الزميل بوخاري لهذا الجائزة عن مقاله المنشور في موقع الشروق أون لاين كثاني تتويج للموقع بجائزة الصحافة الإلكترونية في الجزائر بعد أن حاز الزميل عبد الرزاق بوالقمح جائزة عام 2012 في صنف الصحافة الإلكترونية عن مقاله بعنوان "حزب الفايسبوك الأول في الجزائر بثلاثة ملايين مشترك".
وكان موقع "الشروق أون لاين" قد افتك خلال الأعوام الثلاثة الأخير مراتب متقدمة ضمن أقوى المواقع العربية تأثيرا على الأنترنيت، آخرها تتويجه نهاية شهر ديسمبر من عام 2012 بالمرتبة الرابعة ضمن تصنيف لمجلة "فوربس" العالمية.
