إدانة الراقي بلحمر بسنة حبسا نافذا

أدانت محكمة الجنح لمستغانم، أمس، الراقي أبو مسلم بلحمر، بعقوبة سنة حبسا نافذا و5 ملايين سنتيم غرامة مالية، بتهمة الممارسة غير الشرعية لمهنة منظّمة والنصب.
وقد جلبت هذه المحاكمة أعدادا غفيرة من أنصار الراقي الغليزاني، الذي ألقت عليه مصالح الأمن لمستغانم القبض قبل أسبوع في بلدية مزغران، مع شقيقته ومساعدين اثنين له، أودعوا رهن الحبس المؤقت في سجن سيدي عثمان.
وتدافع المواطنون الذين عالجوا عند بلحمر، في قاعة المحكمة، التي جلبت، أيضا، أكثـر من 90 محاميا ومحامية، منهم ثلاثة فقط تنصبوا في صالح الموقوفين. كما جنّدت مديرية الأمن لمستغانم عددا كبيرا من أعوان الشرطة لحراسة المحكمة.
وقد أدارت السيدة جميلة بلزعر، رئيسة الجلسة، المحاكمة بصبر وحكمة كبيرين، وأول ما استهلت به أسئلتها على بلحمر، هل تحفظ القرآن، فردّ بالإيجاب، وقالت له: “اقرأ لنا سورة “الجن” من الآية 45 إلى آخرها”، فردّ عليها: “لا أحفظ القرآن”. فواصلت أسئلتها له وللمتهمين معه، بخصوص قانونية ما كانوا يمارسونه من رقية بالمصل. فردّ أنه لم يدّع أنه يمارس الطب وإنما الرقية الشرعية، التي تحكمها ضوابط أخرى، وأن ما يقوم به هو نشاط روحي وليس عضوي واستدل بالآيات التي تسند ذلك.
واستدعت القاضية أحد المواطنين الذين وجدتهم مصالح الأمن في مزغران، وسألته هل تضرّر، فرد سلبا. وهل يطلب شيئا فردّ سلبا أيضا. واستغرقت المحاكمة أكثـر من ثلاث ساعات، التمس، في نهايتها، وكيل الجمهورية ثلاث سنوات سجنا نافذا لبلحمر، لتنطلق مرافعات الدفاع، التي قال فيها الأستاذ بطاهر لزرق: “إن الشيخ بلحمر متابع بمادة من قانون الصحة، ولا يوجد من يمثّلها، كما لم يدّع موكلي أنه طبيب أو جراح، ولم يمارس هذه المهن. وتوبع بالنصب، ولم تحضر العدالة متضررين”. وتابع المحامي أن الذي كان يفعله “الشيخ بلحمر، هو الرقية، التي وللأسف ليست مصنفة قانونا، لكن يمارسها آلاف الناس في كل البقاع. ثم إن بلحمر يمارس الرقية منذ 1994 في مزغران، ولم يتضرر منه أحد. لماذا انتبهوا اليوم أنه مشعوذ؟”. وأصدرت المحكمة أيضا أحكاما بالحبس غير النافذ لمدة سنة ضد مساعدي بلحمر وشقيقته.
