السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

تلعب الوراثة والبيئة دورا مهما في تكوين سمات شخصية الفرد فالتنشئة الاجتماعية والطريقة المستعملة في تربية الفرد سواء في الاسرة او المدرسة او المجتمع ككل اضافة للاعلام الذي يشحن افكار الفرد بشتى الامور ، جميع تلك المؤثرات تتظافر وتتعاون على صقل تلك الشخصية ولهذا تجد تنوع الشخصيات وتباينها في المجتمع الواحد منها الشخصية الشكاكة والعدوانية والانطوائية والنرجسية والاتكالية والهستيرية ... الخ

مايهمنا اليوم هي الشخصية المزاجية كيفية التعامل معها وماهي مميزاتها ؟؟

مميزات الشخصية المزاجية :

ـ لا يستقر على امر او انفعال فهو متقلب بين الانفعالات الايجابية والانفعالات السلبية .

ـ يتسرب اليه الملل بسرعة بعد ان كان راغبا في الشيء او العمل ومندفعا له .

ـ يكثر النقد لكل شيء من ناحية ومن ناحية اخرى يكثر المدح وربما لنفس الموضوع والموقف .

ـ انفعالاته تسبق افكاره بحيث لا يفكر بالعواقب ولهذا تجده كثير الندم .

ـ يكون حساسا لاي انتقاد او تجريح من قبل الاخرين .

ـ يعطي بسخاء عندما يكون مرتاحا وياخذ بعنف عندما يكون غاضبا .

ـ يصاب بالكآبة في اكثر الاحيان .

ـ يحاول ايذاء نفسه عند ثورة الغضب وهناك من يضرب راسه في الحائط او يلطم جبينه بقسوة .

ـ يكون كثير الشكوى والتذمر من الاوضاع القائمة .

ـ يتميز سلوك هؤلاء بما يشبه العاصفة عندما تهب تقلع كل شيء امامها .

من الاسباب التي كونت هذه الشخصية

1 ـ الشعور بالفراغ .

2 ـ ضعف القدرة على ضبط الانفعالات ان كانت سلبية مثل الغضب والتوتر والتهور ام ايجابية كالفرح والانشراح .

3 ـ فقدان معرفة الذات وماذا يريد ومن هو ؟ وتجد صاحب هذه الشخصية يتسائل من انا ؟ كيف أنا ؟ هل انا محبوب ؟ هل يكرهني الاخرون ؟ ماذا اريد ؟ ...الخ من اسئلة .

كيف تتعامل مع هذه الشخصية؟

1 ـ التزام الصمت عندما يكون غاضبا .

2 ـ التحلي بالهدوء التام اثناء ثورة غضبه .

3 ـ ان يكون الاخرون مستعدون لانقلاب انفعالاته كي لا تكون ردود افعالهم شديدة معه وهذا ما يزيد الطين بلة .

4 ـ مساعدته على حل مشاكله وعندما يكون سعيدا يكون لطيفا في سلوكه .

5 ـ ابعاده عن التوتر والحزن قدر الامكان .

6 ـ تجنب اي سلوك يثيره او يغضبه .

7 ـ تجنب الجدل معه في اي موضوع لان الجدل يثيره ويغضبه .

8 ـ تنبيهه قدر الامكان على انه شخصية حادة ، وقد تنفع تلك التنبيهات في بعض الاحيان .

9 ـ تدريبه على قراءة الايات القرانية التي تعيد الاطمئنان الى نفسه وتهدء من ثورته وغضبه .

10 ـ معرفة هذه الشخصية مسبقا تساعد على التعامل معه واستغلال الفرص المتاحة في مساعدته على تخطي ذلك الغضب .

11 ـ تجنب اجباره على اعمال او افعال طويلة الامد
لانه كثير الملل والتذمر .
