فرنسا "تهين" الرئيس المالي
أهانت فرنسا الرئيس المالي المؤقت دياكوندا تراوري الذي وصل أمس الأول الأربعاء إلى مطار باريس "بورجي" بعد أن تجاهلت تخصيصه باستقبال الرؤساء المشرف الذي يليق بالمنصب الذي يشغله.

تراوري ولدى وصوله إلى مطار باريس لم يحظ بالتشريفات الرئاسية الرسمية اللائقة حيث غابت عن استقباله جميع السلطات الفرنسية.

وتبقى الأسباب الكامنة وراء مثل هذا التصرف غير الدبلوماسي خفية وغامضة، سيما وأن الزيارة كانت مفاجئة ولم يعلن عنها مسبقا.

ومن المقرر إجراء الدورة الأولى من الانتخابات الرئاسية في مالي في 28 جويلية المقبل.

وتنطلق الحملة الانتخابية في السابع من جوان وتنتهي في 26 من الشهر ذاته ، على أن تبدأ الحملة لدورة انتخابية ثانية محتملة، محددة في 11 أوت ، في اليوم التالي من انتهاء الدورة الأولى وتنتهي في التاسع من أوت.

ليس منتخبا تم تعيينه فقط و لا يمكن ان يقوم
بزيارة رسمية بنوعيها زيارة دولة زيارة تعاون
او لسبب طارئ كاي رئيس بلد اخر منتخب شعبيا
و كل زيارة لمسؤول في دولة ما مهما كانت رتبته
فاستقباله يتم على هدا الاساس
