التزامات الحكومة الجزائرية ومسمار جحا !

ان قرار مسح الديون الذي اتخذته الحكومة الجزائرية في الآونة الاخيرة والذي يشمل عددا من الدول الافريقية تحت حجة الالتزامات الدولية اتجاه بلدان القارة الافريقية من اجل النهوض بهذه الاخيرة ودفع عجلة النمو والتطور انما هو تاكيد اخر على تهميش راي الشعب وخدمة واضحة لاجندة الحكومة الجزائرية على حساب مصلحة الشعب لان تلك المبالغ التي تقدر بملايير الدولارات من شانها تحسين البنية التحتية الكارثية للوطن والتي ما تلبث عوامل الطبيعة والمناخ كشف عيوبها كما من شانها دعم العديد من مشاريع المخطط الخماسي التي لا تزال حبرا على ورق ولا سيما فيما يخص تشغيل الشباب والتخفيف من ازمة البطالة
فاذا سلمنا بان التزام الجزائر بالاتفاقيات الدولية المصادق عليها من طرف الحكومة فاننا لا نستطيع هضم السخاء الذي تبديه كلما تعلق الامر بالدول الافريقية ولعبها لدور الوصي على التمنية في هذه الدول بينما الحقيقة التي يعلمها الجميع ان الجزائر بشعبها وارضها وحواضرها واريافها اولى واحوج بالتمنية فان كان هدف الحكومة الجزائرية معروف وليس اقله البحث عن حلفاء لها في مواقفها اتجاه العديد من القضايا فكيف لها ان تتناسى بان مسعاها هذا غير مضمون الم يثبت التاريخ بان العديد من الدول التي كانت للجزائر الحديثة الاستقلال فضلا في مساعدتها ودعمها قد ادارت ظهرها لها عند الحاجة ! ثم من مسح ديون الجزائر يوم كانت تنزف دما وتلملم شظايا ابنائها المتناحرين ؟ او على الاقل من احسن معاملة الشعب الجزائري انذاك ان سخاء الحكومة اتجاه هذه الدول الافريقية وتخصيصها لمبالغ تفوق ميزانيات العديد من دول المعمورة بحجة الالتزام بالاتفاقيات الدولية ليست الا حجة واهية لا تخدم الشعب الجزائري بقدر ما تخدم او قد لا تخدم ما تصبو اليه الحكومة ! اماني أريس
