لا اخي راك في المسار الصحيح لكن مع بعض التعديلات عليه يعني لمسة الجزائرية يسعدلي هذا المرور والذوق حتى في الاكلات رائع

فقط سؤال لما تمرقيها بالحليب اشحال تخليها قبل ادخالها الى الفور

انا لما يكون عندي بواقي دجاج اضعه في لاكوكوت و نضيفلوا الزيت و فلفل اسود و ملح و اغلق لاكوكوت و نخليها على نار هادئة بدون اضافة ماء

و في نص طياب نقطع بطاطا شرائح شفافة كيما قلتي و نرميهم في لاكوكوت و نخلي يطيبو

لم اجرب القراتان بهذه الطريقة يعني البطاطة بالحليب فقط لكن راهي تبان بنينة ....و سهلة ...نجربوها ان شاء الله ف يامات الصيف +البطاطة راهي متوفرة الله يبارك

حتى انا نحب كثير البطاطا في الفور seulement نديرها بتغيير بسيط و هو بعد مانقطع البطاطا شبه الشبس ملحها و انفلفلها "فلفل أسود" ندير ليتر حليب فوق النار يسخن ثم نحك الصنية بنصف ثومة ثم نقطعها رقيق جدا و نرمها في الحليب ثم نضيف البطاطا في الخليط تع الحليب و الثوم اول ما يبدأ يغلي نحطو في الصنيه و ندخلها الفور تطيب اجي هايلة مع تبسى سلاطة خس و لا أروع
