التحضير

- تقطع حبة التوست الواحدة إلى أربع مربعات صغيرة وتصف في صينية الفرن.
- يقطع كل من الطماطم والفلفل الألوان إلى شرائح رقيقة.
- تدهن كل قطعة توست بالمايونيز ثم يوضع عليها القليل من الكاتشب.
- توضع شريحة من الطماطم والفلفل على كل قطعة توست.
- يضاف الزيتون المقطع ثم ترش الموزاريلا.
- توضع الصينية في فرن ساخن لبضع دقائق.
- تترك البيتزا حتى يصبح لون الجبنة ذهبيا ثم تخرج من الفرن.
