التحضير

ضعي 3 أوراق من الديول الواحدة فوق الأخرى قطعي دوائر بأقطار مختلفة :

أدهني القالب بالزبدة الذائبة , ثم ضعي بداخله الدائرة الأولى , ادهني من جديد وضعي فوقها الدائرة الثانية .
حظري الحشو بخلط المقادير المذكورة أعلاه .
املئي المول (خشبة البسط) بالحشو 3/4 ثم اطوي الدائرة الثالثة 8مرات
وثبتيها في الوسط ثم ادهني السطح بالسمن الذائب وأدخليها في الفرن لمدة 10إلى 15 دقيقة .
عند خروج الحلوى من الفرن اسقيها بالعسل
