في طريق المجد

سر على أفق المعالي كوكبا .. أيها الباغي الثريا مطلبا

سابق المجد وناضل ساعيا .. نحو ماتصبوا اليه مأربا

هل بلوغ المجد إلا همة .. نحوها الساعون هموا وثبا ؟

قال لي الماضون في درب العلا ..إننا بالعلم كنا الأغلبا !

قد بلغنا ذروة المجد به .. وامتطينا من سناه مركبا

لم يقصر في تحدي صعبه .. طالبا يقضي الليالي منصبا

باتت الأنجم ترنوا حوله .. سهدا يبغين منه تقربا

صافحت كفا له قد مسها .. كوكب المجد فأضحي المجتبي

القصيدة قيلت في

شعريا نكتفي منها بهذا القدر.. وهي ضمن الجزء الأول من الأعمال الكاملة
