مقتل ضابط في الجيش التونسي وإصابة جندي في انفجار لغم أرضي بجبل الشعانبي
أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الاثنين مقتل نقيب بالجيش التونسي وإصابة ضابط صف في انفجار لغم أرضي زرعه مسلحون في جبل الشعانبي في ولاية القصرين (وسط غرب) على الحدود مع الجزائر.

وقال العميد توفيق الرحموني الناطق الرسمي باسم وزارة الدفاع إن اللغم انفجر عندما حاول النقيب وضابط الصف تفكيكه.

وأوضح أن دورية عسكرية عثرت على اللغم داخل منطقة العمليات العسكرية المغلقة في جبل الشعانبي.

ومنذ نهاية 2012 تتعقب وحدات من الجيش في جبل الشعانبي مجموعة سلفية مسلحة قالت السلطات إنها مرتبطة بتنظيم "القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي" المرابط بالجزائر.

وقتلت المجموعة التي زرعت ألغاما في جبل الشعانبي عددا من عناصر الأمن والجيش ونكلت بجثث بعضهم.
