إيطاليا تدرس منح الأطفال لقب أمهاتهم
اقترحت الحكومة الإيطاليةأمس الجمعة تغييرا في قانون الأسرة للسماح للأطفال بحمل لقب أمهاتهم، في أعقاب صدور حكم من المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان ضد القواعد الأبوية الحالية.

ويحمل الأطفال في إيطاليا لقب الأب، إلا إذا قبلت السلطات طلبات خاصة خلاف هذه القاعدة.

وانتقدت المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان هذه الممارسة الثلاثاء الماضي، معتبرة أنها " تتنافى مع مبدأ عدم التمييز.

وأفادت مصادر إعلامية إيطالية بأن مشروع القانون المقترح من الحكومة يسمح للآباء بالاختيار بين منح أطفالهم لقب الأب أو لقب الأم - أو منحهم لقب الأب والأم معا كما هو الحال في إسبانيا.
