إحالة دعاوى إسقاط الجنسية عن "القرضاوي" و"قنديل" و"منصور" لـ"المفوضين"
قررت محكمة القضاء الإداري "الدائرة الثانية" اليوم "الأحد"، إحالة ثلاث دعاوى خاصة بإسقاط الجنسية عن عدد من قيادات الإخوان، إلى هيئة المفوضين.

كان سمير صبري، المحامي، أقام الدعاوى رقم 25218 و25210 و25214 لسنة 68 قضائية، ضد وزير الداخلية وآخرين، طالب فيها بإسقاط الجنسية المصرية عن كل من المستشار وليد شرابي، والإعلامي أحمد منصور، والداعية يوسف القرضاوي، والصحفي وائل قنديل، باعتبارهم "زبانية قناة الجزيرة"ا.

وذكرت الدعاوى، أن هذه الأسماء، خانت الوطن، وخرجت إلى الدول المعادية، تسب الجيش والشرطة والقضاء المصري وباقي مؤسسات الدولة بأفظع الألفاظ، وتروج للأكاذيب والشائعات التي تهدد أمن وسلامة الوطن ما يتحتم معه سحب الجنسية المصرية منهم جزاء خيانتهم.
