2-المتعلّم هو العامـل المدرّب على طـريقة لتنفيذ فكرة العالم..
3-المبتديء ..تجده يلازم المتعلّم ..كثير الأخطاء ..عليه أن يتّمّرن..
4-المجرِّب شخص ..أخطأ كثيرا أثناء تمرّنه ليتدرّب..
.. على عمله لكي يتعلّم الفكرة من معرفة ذاك العالم ..
..الذي تفانى في وضعها بكلّ اتقان ..
وعلى هذا الطّرح تجدني أفضّل كلّا في منصبه فقط السّرعة في فهم
و دراية وظيفة العمل التّي بين يديه..
..يقول قول عندنا: "اعطينيه فاهمٌ لا جعله قرأ"
..طبعا الفاهم هو الفائز..
