جواب حول سؤال مطروح......... ابلغت انى تحصلت على منصب

السلام عليكم



اعمل في عقود ماقبل التشغيل في مؤسسة الصحة عندنا


واجريت مسابقة ونجحت في المركز الاول و الحمد الله


لكن انا الان في عطلة امومة وابلغت انى تحصلت على منصب



عند الذهاب الى المصلحة لم يسمحولى با الامضاء على محضر التنصيب



بسبب اننى عطلة امومة



وسمعت انه في مدة 30 يوم يذهب المنصب و افقده



ما الحل ارجوكم



انا متوترة جداااااااااااااااا

محضر التنصيب محضر رسمي ودليل إثبات رسمي على مباشرة العمل وحقك كموظفة ولن يتم مباشرة حقوقك منها الراتب الشهري إلا بعد إمضاء الموظف محضر التنصيب وشهادة العمل من طرف الموظف والمستخدم اي الإدارة حسب قانون الوظيف العمومي وتنظيم العمل.....
