المقادير

300 غ لوز مرحي

400 غ سكر رطب

ملون غدائي وردي

ملعقة كبيرة مرغرين

ماء زهر

ملعقة صغيرة فنيلا

مقادير الحشو

كيلة كاوكاو محمص و مرحي

نصف كيلة قاطو مرحي

ملعقتين كبيرتين مرغرين

عسل

معطر جوز

طريقة تحضير عجينة الكفتة

ضعي في اناء اللوز المرحي + السكر + عطر الفانيلا +

المارغرين + الملون الوردي و اخلطي الجميع بماء زهر حتى

تصبح رطبة و ملساء .

تحضير عجينة الحشو

ضعي في اناء اخر الكاوكاو و اللوز المرحي + قاطو بيمو +

النكهة ثم نضع العسل حتى تصبح عجبنة كتماسكة.
