العجين :
500غ دقيق + نصف كأس زيت + نصف كأس ماء زهر + قبصة ملح + معلقة سكر+ ماء حسب العجين . في إناء نضع دقيق ثم مقادير أخرى . تعجن جيدا للحصول عجين مثل عجين كعب غزال .

حشوة :
500غ لوز مسلوق مقشر مقلي مطحون مع 200غ سكر سنيدة + 2ملاعق كبار زبدة + قبصة مسكة + قليل من ماء زهر + قشرة ليمون أو برتقال محكوكة . يخلط الكل ويعمل منه كويرات صغيرة . تمد العجين جيدا تقطع دوائر أو مربعات بناعورة في كل قطعة نضغ كويرة لوز ونلفها مثلة كموسة تصفف في صفيحة لفرن تترك ليلة كاملة تتقب بإبرة ثم تدخل لفرن متوسط عند إخراخها تدهن بالعسل ساخنة .
