المقادير

4 حبات بيض

كاس كبير سكر غير مملوء

كاس كبير زيت الا الثلث

ملعقة صغيرة دهان لابل

كاس حليب

كاس خبز مرحي

كاس ونصف سميد (نصف الكمية سميد متوسط والاخرسميد نصف خشن )

2ملعقة صغيرة خميرة الحلوى

1كيس لفاني

القطر

سكر والماء وشريحة ليمون +نص عود قرفة

يغلى حتى يصبح قوامه مثل قوام الزيت

يعني ثقيل شوي

يصب الخليط في صينية مدهونة ومرشوشة بالفرينة

وتدخل الصينية الى الفرن اللي يكون ساخن من قبل

كي تتحمر من الجوانب جيدا يشعل الفرن من الجهة العلوية

وبعد اخراجها من الفرن نرش عليها ماء الزهر ثم القطر او الشاربات
