جبتلكم اليوم حلوى ساهلة وتذوووووب في الفم بالبوبينة نتاع الخيط يعني مانحتاجوش لاي طابعhttp://www.djelfa.info/vb/images/smilies/19.gif
المقادير:
3بيضات،200غ سكر احرش،250مل زيت،4ملاعق كبار فرينة،فاني،ملعقة صغيرة خميرة الحلوى،مايزينة،معجون،القليل من النواد كوكو
الطريقة:
نخلط البيض مع السكر والفاني جيدا نضيف الزيت ونستمر في التحريك نضيف 4ملاعق فرينة وملعقة صغيرة خميرة والمايزينة حتى نتحصل على عجينة متجانسة نكورها كويرات صغيرة ونحطها في البلاطو.
لتشكيلها يلزمنا LA BOBINE نتاع الخيط طبعا لازم تكون فارغة.

نحطها في المايزينة في كل مرة ونضغط على الكويرات كما هو موضح في الصورة

ندخلها تطيب ولما تبرد نلصق كل زوج حبات بالمعجون ونزين بنواد كوكو وهذا شكلها النهائي
