اليوم جبتلكم حلوة لذيذة و سهلة جدا

بودينغ بحلوة الترك

المقادير

علبتين بيمو مطحون

ملعقتين زبدة

ملعقتين كاكاو

ملعقتين عسل

ماء الزهر

حلوة الترك

شكولا طلة سوداء

الطريقة:

خلطي البيمو مع العسل و الكاكاو و الزبدة ثم اضيفي ماء الزهر حتى تتحصلي على عجينة متماسكة

ثم افتحيها فوق ورق سيلوفان ليسهل عليك طيها

ثم ضعي فوقه ورق سيلوفان( او كيس بلاستيكي ) و بواسطة الحلال قومي بتسوية حلوة الترك فوق العجينة

ثم قومي بلف العجينة ... البلاستيك سيساعدك

و ضعي فوقها شكولا طلة ذائبة.... ثم ضعيها في الثلاجة على الأقل 3 ساعات لتتماسك جيدا و يسهل تقطيعها
