المقادير:


بصلة مفرومة فرما ناعما
بيضتان
5ملاعق زيت
1فلفل اخضر حلو مفروم
1فص ثوم
نصف كوب بقسماط
400غ لحم مفروم
3ملاعق كبيرة بقدونس
1ملعقة صغيرة بهارات لحم
ملح 1
كوب جبن تشيدر مبروش



الطريقة:

سخينى الفرن 350ف .
حمري البصل الى ان يذبل ودعية جانبا
ضعي بقية المكونات ماعدى الجبن واعجينيهاحتى تصبح متماسكة
افردي قطعة نايلون وضعي فوقها الكفتة وافريديها بيدك الى مستطيل 30 ×40 سم
وزعي البصل فوق اللحم بعد ذلك الجبن مع ترك مسافة 1بوصة على الحاف
من الناحية العريضة للمستطيل لفي بهدوء
و ادخليه الفرن

و شهية طيبة....
