قشطة
جوز
قطر
فستق مبشور خشن

نأخذ قالب للكيك على شكل مربعات صغيرة ندهنه بالزيت
ثم نذوب زبدة ويخلط مع الكنافةبعد نتفها
نأخذ كمية قليلة وتفرد في أسفل القالب

نضيف الحشوة [ القشطة + الجوز ]

نغطي الحشوة بالكنافة و تدخل الفرن




وتسقى بالقطروتخرج من القالب وتزين بالفستق المبشور
