مدة الطهي : 45 دقيقة

المقادير :

- علبة من عجينة البف بايستري الجاهزة

- كوبين من البطاطس المهروسة

- ملعقة اكل من زيت الخضار

- نصف كيلو من الدجاج او الديك الرومي المطحون المطهي

- نصف كوب من البصل المفروم

- حبة من فلفل الاحمر البارد المفرومة جيدا

- علبة من الفاصوليا الحمراء

- نصف كوب من صلصة الطماطم المطهية بالثوم

- ربع كوب من الماء.

طريقة التحضير :

تفرد عجينة البف بيستري في وعاء عميق للفرن ,, يمزج البطاطس
مع مكعب واحد ماجي في وعاء ويضاف الى العجينة ,, يسخن في
وعاء اخر الزيت على درجة حرارة متوسطة ويضاف له الدجاج
والبصل والفلفل البارد ويطهى الى ان يذبل البصل والفلفل ,,
ويضاف له الفاصوليا و النصف الثاني من مكعب الدجاج وصلصة
الطماطم والماء ,, الى ان تتخلله الحرارة ويضاف على عجينة
البطاطس وتخبز بالفرن لمده 30 دقيقة وتزين بالخس والجبن
والزيتون,, حسب الذوق ...

مدة الطهي : 20 دقيقة

المقادير :

- ملعقة اكل من زيت الخضار

- نصف كيلو من انصاف صدور الدجاج المسلوقة والمخلية من
الجلد والعظم مقطّعة مكعبات

- ملعقة شاي من الثوم

- كوبين من الرز الابيض او الاسمر

- علبة من صلصة الطماطم

- كوب وربع من الماء

- مكعب مرقة الدجاج ماجي

- كوبين من البصل الاخضر المفروم

طريقة التحضير :

يسخن الزيت في وعاء طهي ,, ويضاف الدجاج و الثوم ويطهى جيدا
يقلب من وقت لآخر الى ان يصفر لون الدجاج ,, يضاف اليه
الرز وصلصة الطماطم والماء ومكعب ماجي ويترك ليغلي المزيج ,,
يغطى ونقلل من درجة الحرارة ,, يقلب من وقت لآخر لمده
10 د الى ربع ساعة ,, او الى ان يطرى الرز وينشف الماء
تقريبا ,, يرش عليه البصل الاخضر ويقدم مع المقبلات ...

- 4 قطع من الدجاج المخلية من العظام والجلد’ ومسلوقة
بطريقتك الخاصة

- 1 كوب من عصير الليمون الاخضر

- ¾ كوب من عصير التفاح

- ملعقتان من النشا

طريقة التحضير :

1- في وعاء عميق نخلط عصير الليمون الاخضر مع النشا وعصير
التفاح ونضعه على النار يغلي ويحرك من وقت لآخر الى أن تسخن
الصلصة ..
في وعاء التقديم ,, نضع صدور الدجاج وتقطع كما
هو واضح بالصورة وتسكب عليها الصلصة وتقدّم مع بطاطس مهروسة ,,
