طرق عمل عصائر بالصور والمقادير [الأرشيف]

هذه بعض طرق صنع واعداد لبعض العصائر وطرق تقديمها
اتمنى ان تعجبكم
1 ــ عصير المانجو بالايسكريم
المقادير
2 ملاعق قشطة
2 ملاعق حليب بودرة
اسكريم مانجو حسب الرغبة
قالب ثلج
سكر حسب الرغبة
عصير مانجو
الطريقة:
نخلط القشطة مع الحليب مع الثلج الى ان يتكسر ثم نضع السكر وعصير المانجو
للزينة نضع الاسكريم فوق العصير .. و بالهناء والعافية

عصير فراولة
المقادير :
1 و ربع كوب عصير تفاح.. 3م.ك.مربى الفراولة . قليل من الفانيلا/3 كوب فراولة مقطعة طازجة او مثلجة/ 1 و كوب ثلج مكسر..
اخلطيهم جيدا في الخلاط الكهربائي وقدميه مباشرة

عصير الليمون بنعناع
المقادير:
لكوب واحد:
كوب ماء
ربع كوب عصير ليمون الاخضر او الاصفر
1 ملعقة سكر
10 ورقات نعناع كبيرة مفرومة
قليل من الثلج المبروش
الطريقة:تخلط جميع المقادير في الخلاط الكهربائي
ثم تصفي في كوب و تزين بشرائح الليمون وورق النعناع
4)عصير الشكولاتة .
المقادير :
2حبة جالكسي ، 1ك حليب ، 2ايس كريم بالشكولاتة ، 2/1ك عصير برتقال طازج، سكر
1) يذوب الجالكسي ثم يخلط بالحليب ويحرك ثم يترك جانبا ليبرد .
2) يوضع في الخلاط الحليب والايس كريم وعصير البرتقال والسكر وثلج مجروش، ويخلط الجميع جيدا . يقدم مباشره.
ملاحظة :
ممكن استبدال الجالكسي والحليب بحلــــــــيب بالشكولاته
و3 م شكولاتة نسكويك أو أي بودرة شكولاتة حلوه
ما أجمـــل أن نضع لمسات جميله على مانقدمه لضيوفنا من شراب
فهذا يؤدي إلى أضفاء جو من الرفاهيــــه ويشعر الضيف بأهميته وغلاه
نشووف الحركات لتقديم العصير

ممكن إنك تقدمي العصير بعد إضافة الثلج وتقطعي حلقه
من فاكهة العصير وتحطيها علي طرف الكاس وأي إضافات
تحبين.

أو إنك ترمي (أوراق نعناع بعصير الليمون)

إذا كان الشراب علي سطحه كريمه أو رغوه ( مثل
الكبتشينو او الملك شيك ) ممكن إنك ترشي السطح
ببودرة الككاو أو أعواد ككاو الفلك او بعض الفستق المطحون

ممكن إنك تضيفي قطع من الفاكهه المصنوع منها العصير
( إذا كان مانجو قطعي المانجو مكعبات صغيره وإرميها
داخل الكوب وحرصي علي وجود ملعقه أثناء تقديمه )
أو قطعي شرايح الليمون ثم أضيفي لها (السفن أب

قطع صغيرة ثم تضعيها في الفريزر
