المقادير:
كوب خضار مشكلة (بازيلاء ، جزر ، ذرة ، فاصولياء)
* 3 اكواب رز
* بيضة
* فنجان صغير زيت زيتون
* فليفلة حمراء وخضراء حسب الرغبة
* صدور دجاج حسب الرغبة
* ملعقة كبيرة كاري او بهارات
* فنجان صغير دبس رمان
* زبيب حسب الرغبة

الطريقة:
يقطع الدجاج قطع صغيرة ويتبل بالكاري .
- نسلق الرز ثلاث ارباع السلقة ثم يصفى من الماء .
- نقلي البيض و نفتته و نضيف اليه الرز و نحركه سويا ثم نضيف اليه الخضار المشكلة و دبس الرمان .
- نضع المزيج على نار هادئة و نحركه ثم نضعه بطبق التقديم .
- بعد الانتهاء من الرز نقلي الدجاج و نضيف اليه قطع الفليفلة و نقليهم معا و نضيف اليهم الزبيب و الملح و البهارات حسب الرغبة و يقدم فورا
