هذه الاكلة تدعى المصور تحضر في الولائم

الـمـقـاديـــر

خروف وزنه من 11 إلى 12 كيلو
عصير 3 بصلات
2ملعقة طعام صلصة طماطم
1/2 كأس سمن
8حبات ليمون صغيره ( بن زهير )
ملعقة طعام **ده
قليل من الملح والفلفل الأسود
ملعقة طعام لكل من البهارات الناعمة التالية
( كمون، هيل، قرفة )
حلقات ليمون وطماطم مع البقدونس للتجميل
8حبات قرنفل
1/2كأس خل أبيض
خضار مسلوقة ( بطاطس، بازلاء، جزر، كوسة )

الـطـريـقـــــة

1- ينظف الخروف جيداً بالدقيق والملح والماء ويدعك بالليمون وقشر البيض
ثم يغسل جيداً ويصفى من الدم.
2- يتبل الخروف بالثوم والبصل والملح والبهارات والخل ويدهن بالصلصة
والزيت ويغلف بالقصدير جيداً ويدخل في فرن ساخن لمدة أربع ساعات مع
تقليبه كل ساعة للوجه الآخر وإضافة بعض الماء حتى لا يحترق وعندما ينضج
يرفع القصدير ويترك في الفرن حتى يتحمر.
3- تشوح الخضار مع ال**دة والملح والبهارات.
4- يوضع الخروف في طبق بيضاوي كبير ويجمل بالخضار والليمون والطماطم
والبقدونس حسب الرغبة.
5- يقدم مع سلطة لبن وسلطة خضراء وأرز أبيض.. بالكركم
بالهناء والعافيه
