أخضرت (دوة) (الكانونة) (مدفئة الفحم ) ما أعرف لها إسم هذي هي:

وأشعلت الفحم وتركته يجمر مثل الصور المتسعان بها

وقبل ما أشعل النار جبت دجاجة ونص لخمسة أشخاص كبار وأربعة صغار (أطفال) وغسلتهم بالماء جيداً والملح والطحين
دعكتهم بشكل ممتاز وغسلتهم بالماء والخل الأبيض ورجعت غسلتهم ونشفتهم ودقيت 8فصوص كبيرة ثوم وبشرت 2حبة صغيرة بصل و2ملعقة كيبرة زيت ورشات من الكركم المطحون والفلفل الأسود والكزبرة الناشفة والكمون والهيل (الهال)الناعم والقرنفل القليل والقرفة الناعمة القليل ودعت بالمكونات الدجاج جيداً وعملت فيها فجوات بالسكين أو الشوكة ودخلت من الخلطة في الدجاج وتركته بمكان بارد مدة ساعة يتشرب الخلطة ولو كان عندي وقت كنت تركته أكثر

وجبت البطاطس وقليت كيلو ونص من البطاط و قطعت شويت سلطة وعملت صلصة خاصة بالمشاوي وهي 3 علب زبادي و2 ملعقة كبير طحينة و1 فص ثوم مدقوق ناعم ورشة ملح وفلفل أسود وكمون وكزبرة ناشفة وبقدونس وكزبرة خضراء مفرومين ناعم وعصير ليمون وخلتهم وقمتهم مع بعض وقدمت المخلل معه للي يحب المخلل وفول وحمص وسلطة زيتون 2 ملعقة زبادي ثوم وبقدونس وملح وليمون
وفلفل أسود مع بعض وبالهناء والعافية

بعد ما جمر الفحم حطيت الدجاج بالشبك الخاص هذا

المهم بالأخير رتبت الكل وما نسيت الخبز العربي وشكيك بسيخ دقيق قطع من البصل والفلفل الأخضر الرومي (البارد)

وهذا هي الوجبة بعد الإنتهاء من العمل وقبل الأكل
