الطماطم المحشية بالبيض

المقادير :
6 حبات طماطم كبيرة الحجم
6 حبات بيض
2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت

1 حبة ثوم
معدنوس مفروم ناعم
ملح وفلفل أسود

½ كوب جبنه مبشورة

الطريقة :
نخلط المعدنوس والثوم المطحون والجبنة وزيت مع بعض ونرش الملح والفلفل .
نحمي الفرن على درجه حرارة 200 .
نقطع الطماطم من الأعلى ونخرج الحشوة .
نضع ملعقة كبيرة من خلطة المعدنوس في الطماطم إلى أن تنتهي الكمية .
نكسر بكل واحدة طماطم بيضة ونبهره بالملح والفلفل .
ندخله الفرن لمدة 20 - 25 دقيقة إلى أن تنضج البيضة .
ونقدمه مع الخبز الساخن.
