كفتة اللحم بشرائح البطاطس (بالصور)

المقادير :
لحم مفروم / بصل مفروم / بقدونس مفروم / شرائح بطاطس


ثوم مفروم (حسب الرغبة ) / ملح / فلفل أسود / ذرة قرفة / كمون



الصلصة :
طماطم / مكعب ماجي / ملح / ذرة قرفة / قليل ماء / معجون طماطم





الطريقة :


1- نضع اللحم المفروم مع البصل والبقدونس والبهارات في زبدية كما في الصورة

2- وتعجن جيداً مع بعض حتى تتجانس المقادير
3- تكور حسب الحجم المرغوب وترص في صينية بهذا الشكل
4- نرص بين كور الكفتة شرائح البطاطس كما في الصورة
5- وبعد الانتهاء من الكمية نقوم بخلط مقادير الصلصة معاً ثم تصب على الكفتة
6- تغطى الصينية بورق قصدير وتدخل الفرن حتى تستوي ثم ننزع القصدير وتـُترك
لتنشف قليلاً ثم تقدم بهذا الشكل وممكن تؤكل مع خبز أو أرز أبيض
