Perhaps if we get rid of frogs in our ministry for education, implement the language of science (English), kick frogs language (French) out to a supplementary language, learn from our own mistakes and don't keep just repeating the same borring old fashioned stuff all times, as almost all of our leaders appear to be dump with almost no brains at all.
