مع كل الاحترامات هذا الرد كان عنيفا منك .
كل ما في الامر ان الفتاة اتت بالكتاب كما هو.
و انت ان كنت تدعين ان هذا الطبخ ليس قسنطيني فقد راينا في العشرية السوداء اناس من بلد جنسهم لا علاقة لهم بتقاليد تلد المدينة
مثل الذين كانوا يسكنون في الارياف ان راو اكلات في بعض الكتب لاهل المدينة انكروها انها من مدينتهم
تقاليد الجزائريين بدات تتلاشى و لا يعرف حقيقتها الا من نبغ في التاريخ و درس ماضي هذه المدن
فاصبحنا ننكر تقاليدنا دون ان نعرف ذلك
