ملوخية على الطريقة الشامية

المقادير :

- ملوخية يابسة .
- زيت .
-20 فص ثوم نصفه مدقوق و نصفه صحيح .
- كزبرة خضرة مفرومة جيداً ، دجاج، ملح ، فلفل ، بصل.



طريقة التحضير:

- انقعي الملوخية بماء فاتر ، ثم اغسليها جيداً و صفيها جيداً من الماء .
- ثم ضعي الزيت على النار ثم اقلي الملوخية على كميات حتى تنضج .
- بعد نضج كمية الملوخية توضع الكمية كلها على بعض ويضاف إليها الثوم المدقوق و الصحيح و الكزبرة المفرومة والملح والفلفل ، وتكوني قد سلقتي الدجاج و نزعتي عظمه ، حيث يضاف إلى الملوخية ، وإذا لم تحبي الملوخية ناشفة ضعي لها من مرقة الدجاج حسب رغبتك وقدميها إلى أسرتك.
