هذه مايونييز بدون بيض و بكمية قليلة من الزيت و اخف من المايونييز العادية التي نعرفها جربوها و لن تندموا ان شاء الله.


مايونييز بالحليب
المقادير
1 كاس شاي حليب
1 و ½ كاس شاي زيت
1 جبن البقرة الضاحكة
ملح - فلفل اسود – فلفل حار.
التحضير
نضع الحليب, الجبن,ملح, فلفل اسود و الحار في ميسكور , نضيف الزيت بكميات قليلة جدا مع الاستمرار في الخلط حتى نتحصل على خليط متجانس و كريمي.
نضع المايونييز في الثلاجة حتى موعد استعمالها.
