حبيت نقدم لكم هذه الوصفة خاصة مع قدوم فصل الصيف و الحرارة

المقادير:

علبة من الحليب المركز و المحلى 400غ أي نسلي

لتر و نصف من الماء

6بيضات

كيس من بودرة قشدة السانتي 95 غ

كأس كبير من الحليب

قبضة من الملح

كيس من الفانيلا

للتزيين:

صلصة الكراميل جاهزة تباع في المحلات

طريقة التحضير:

لتحضير الكراميل: نضع في طنجرة الضغط cocote minute كاملكم تعرفوها ثم نفرغ الماء ونغلقها لمدة 45 د عند إنتهاء الوقت نخرجها لتبرد ثم نفتحها أوكي

في إناء نأخد الطراب أي batteur ونخلط 3/4 من الكراميل التي حضرناها مع أصفر 6 بيضات إلى أن يتجانس الخليط أوكي حبايبي

ثم نخلط بودرة الشانتي مع الحليب البارد ثم نخفقه بالطراب batteur حت نحصل على كريمة بيضاء و نضيفها لخليط البض و الكراميل

ونخلط بالطراب بيضا البيض مع قبضة ملح غي شوية نأخد مع أطراف الأصبع وكيس الفانيلا حتى يصير أبيضا كالثلج

نصيفه تدريجيا بمهل للخليط الأول مع التحريك بملعقة خشب

نأخد قالب كيك نبسط فيه الربع المتبقي من خليط الكراميل المتبقي راكم فاهمين اللي خليناه في الأول و نضيف فوقه تالخليط المثلج الذي حضرناه ببياض البيض راكم فاهمين على ما أظن ثم ندخله إلى المثلج congelateur و نتركه ليلة كاملة

عند التقديم نقصه و نزينه بالكراميل التي إشتريناها
