السلام عليكم



عصير الفراوله

المقادير


* كيلو فراولة طازج
* كأسين ونصف حليب
* موزة كبيرة الحجم
*نصف كأس سكر


الطريقة


- يخلط الحليب مع السكر في خلاط العصير
- تضاف الفراولة المغسولة ومنزوعة العروق
- تضاف الموزة المقشرة
- يخلط الجميع في خلاط العصير حتى التجانس
- يزين ببعض حبات الفراولة

عصير الفواكة المشكلة

المقادير


- حبتان من البرتقال
- حبتان من التفاح
- ربع كأس من الماء
- ملعقتا طعام من السكر
- أربع كاسات من أيسكريم الفراولة
- أيسكريم فانيلا يكفي لعدد الكاسات لديك


ملحوظة:


يمكنك خلط آيسكريم فانيلا ووضع كرات من
آيسكريم الفراولة كما في الشكل وذلك للتنويع .


الطريقة:-


- قشري البرتقال والتفاح وأزيلي البذور منهما
وقطعيهما إلى قطع صغيرة .


- اخلطي البرتقال والتفاح والماء والسكر في
الخلاط جيداً ثم أضيفي آيسكريم الفراولة واخلطي
حتى تختلط المقادير .


- ضعي كورة من أيسكريم الفانيلا في قاع كل كأس
ثم وزعي العصير في الكاسات وقدميه مباشرة

عصير طبقات

الطبقه الاولى:


- فروالة مجمدة+2ملعقة سكر+2/1 بياله حليب
وقليل موية+2/1موزة


- تخلط في الخلاط حتى تمتزج تماما وتكون ثقيله
نوعا ماء...


الطبقة الثانيه:


1كيوي+1موزة+تفاحتين مقطعة+2/1بيالة حليب
+3ملاعق سكر+شوي موية


نسكب الطبقه الثانيه فوق الطبقه الاولى بحذر

-2 تفاح
ا-كأس ماء
ملعقة صغيرة سكر
3- مكعبات ثلج


الطريقة:


نضع جميع المقادير في خلاط كهربائي ونتركه لمدة
ربع ساعةونقوم بتزينه بشرائح التفاح .

- ثلاث حبات ثمرة مانغو متوسطة الحجم مقشرة ومقطعة


- مكعبات من ( الخوخ - الجوافة - اي فاكهة استوائية )
على حسب الرغبة


- كوب من الثلج المجروش


- ملعقة طعام صغيرة عسل ( اختياري )



الطريقة


* ضعي جميع المقادير في خلاط واخلطيه جيدا
الى ان تمتزج المقادير تماما


* صبيه في كاسات التقديم ويقدم فورا

- عصير ليمون
- سكر حسب الرغبه
- ماء ورد



الطريقة:



* يطحن الرمان و يضاف عليه عصير الليمون


* ثم يصفى بالمصفاة و يضاف عليه القليل من


*ماء الورد .. يضع في أكواب

في الخلاط نضع جميع المقادير ونخلط جيدا (طبعا
ماعدا مكعبات الثلج يقدم باردا
