‏1‏‎ ‎ملعقة طعام خلاصة فانيلا‎ ‎سائلة‎
‏2 كوب حليب كامل الدسم ‏
رشة ملح‎ ‎

الطريقة‎:‎

في أناء كبير‏‎ ‎اخفقي مع بعض جميع المقادير جيدا
ثم ضعيها في الالة الخاصة للابس كريم أو ‏ضعيها
في‎ ‎علبة محكمة الإغلاق وادخليها الفريزر حتى تتجمد‏‎

‏2‏‎ ‎كوب فراولة ‏
‏½ كوب سكر‏‎
‏ 3 صفار بيض مخفوقات‎
‏½ كوب‎ ‎سكر‎
‏1‏‎ ‎كوب حليب‎
‏¼ ملعقة صغيرة ملح‏‎
‏2 كوب كريمة ثقيلة‎.
‏1 ملعقة طعام‎ ‎خلاصة فانيليا سائلة‏‎ ‎

الطريقة‎: ‎

‏1- اهرسي الفراولة مع ½ كوب سكر‎ . ‎

‏ 2- اخلطي الصفار والسكر والحليب والملح في أناء على نار متوسطة الحرارة
وحركية حتى‏‎ ‎يقارب للغليان " لا تدعية يغلي ".‏
‎
‏3- ضعي المزيج في الثلاجة حتى يبرد لمدة 2-3 ساعات‏‎ ‎مع تحريكه بين الحين والحين‏‎.‎
‎
‏4- صبي الكريمة والفانيليا على خليط الحليب ثم ضعي خليط‏‎ ‎الفراولة ثم ضعيها
في الالة ‏الخاصة حتى تجمد‎ أو ضعيها في علبة من البلاستيك‏‎ ‎وادخليها في الفريزر حتى تتجمد‎

رشة ملح‎
‏1‏‎ ‎ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا‎
‏2‏‎ ‎كوب كريمة ثقيلة مخفوقة‎
‎ ‎
الطريقة‎: ‎

‏1- يخلط الجميع في الخلاط الكهربائي حتى تصبح كثيفة‎ . ‎
‎
‏2- توضع في علبة بلاستيك وتدخل الفريزر حتى تتجمد.‏

‏¼ كوب كاكاو غير محلى بودرة‎

‏½ 1 كوب حليب مكثف أبو‎ ‎قوس‎
‏¼ ‏‎ ‎كوب شراب الذرة الخفيف (كورن سيروب)‏‎
‏2علبة زبادي صغيرة الحجم‎
‏1موز‎ ‎مهروسة‎ ‎
‎
الطريقة‎: ‎

‏1- ضعي الكاكاو والسكر في قدر على نار متوسطة‎ ‎الحرارة ثم أضيفي
إليها الحليب وحركي ‏باستمرار حتى تذوب المقادير.‏
‏2-‏ارفعيها من على‎ ‎النار ثم أضيفي شراب الذرة اتركيها تبرد تماما.‏
‎
‏3- أضيفي لها الزبادي والموز‎ ‎وحركي بالخفاقة حتى يختلط المزيج.‏
‎
‏4 - ضعيها في علبة محكمة الإغلاق وادخليها الفريزر‏‎ ‎حتى تتجمد جيدا

‏1 علبة حليب نستله‎ ‎المركز المحلي‎
‏3 ملاعق صغيرة دقيق الذرة‎
ماء لتذويب دقيق الذرة‎
‏6 حبات هيل صغيرة (مطحون)‏‎
خلاصة الفانيلا‎
‏4 ملاعق كبيرة كوكتيل فواكه‎ ‎مشكلة‎
‏2 مغرفة آيس كريم بالفانيلا‎
هلام الفراولة‎
‎
طريقة التحضير‎ : ‎

‏1- تنزع قشور الفستق واللوز وتغسل الحبات وتقطع رفيعا.‏‎
‏2- يغلي الماء بعد‎ ‎إضافة حليب نستله المركز المحلى إليه.‏‎
‏3- نخلط الدقيق مع الماء حتى يتكاثف ويضاف‎ ‎الى الحليب المغلى‎ ‎‏.‏‎
‏4- نضيف الهيل المطحون.‏‎
‏5- يضاف السكر حسب الرغبة ويوضع‎ ‎الخليط في البراد حتى يبرد.‏‎
‏6- يضاف الفستق واللوز وتخلط.‏‎
‏7- تضاف نقطة أو‎ ‎نقطتان من خلاصة الفانيلا الى خليط الحليب وتبرد حتى التثلج.‏‎
‏8-التقديم...‏‎
