4كوب طحين أبيض
نصف كوب حليب مجفف -
ربع كوب سكر -
رشة ملح -
بيضة واحدة -
ملعقتان خميرة + ملعقة سكر تخلط في كوب ماء -
جبنة بيضاء + نعناع جاف + زيت زيتون
بيضة + ملعقتان حليب طازج .

تخلط المقادير الأربعة الأولى ويضاف إليها البيض والزيت ومن ثم خلطة الخميرة وإذا احتجت للماء أضيفي حتى تصبح العجينة جاهزة واتركيها حتى تختمر مدة ربع ساعة ..
مدة اختمار العجينة قومي بمزج الجبنة مع النعناع الجاف مع قليل من زيت الزيتون ..
عندما تختمر العجينة قومي باخد جزء منها وافرديه بشكل دائري وقطعيه إلى مثلثات .. ثم ضعي قليل من الجبن في كل مثلث ولفيه على شكل كرواسون ..
صفي القطع في الصينية وقومي بدهن الواجهة لكل قطعة بمزيج الحليب مع البيض .. وادخليها الفرن .. اشعلي الفرن من الأسفل حتى يحمر ثم اشعليه من أعلى إلى أن يحمر أيضا
