1000غ لفت ابيض مطاول 750غ لحم دجاج مفروم ناعم برش ليمونة حبة بصلة ونصف مفرومة 3 فصوص ثوم 4 ملاعق بقدونس مفروم ناعم 3 ملاعق اكل زيت زيتون ملعقة زيت مائدة ملح فلفل اسود م ك بهار مشكل حزمة صغيرة شبت او ما يسمى بسيبسة بيضة وصفار نصف لتر ماء او مرق دجاج احسن
التحضير
نقوم بتقشير اللفت ثم نجوفه بالسكين ونضعه في ماء به 2ضروس ثوم و قشر الليمون وحزمة الشبت ونتركه مدة ليلة كاملة حتى نتخلص من رائحته القوية عندها نمزج اللحم المفروم مع الملح والفلفل الاسود وضرس ثوم مدقوق ثم نضيف نصف حبة بصل مشوحة في الزيت والبقدونس المفروم ثم نضيف البيضة والصفار ونمزج جيدا حتى نتحصل على مزيج متجانس نحشو به حبات اللفت و الباقي نشكلها كويرات متوسطة الحجم عندها نضع في طنجرة على النار البصل والثوم ونتركه يتشوح في زيت الزيتون وزيت المائدة حتى تدبل البصل عندها نضيف كويرات اللحم ونتركها تتشوح مع البصل والثوم ثم نضيف البهار المشكل والملح والفلفل الاسود ونمرق بالماء او بمرق الدجاج ونتركه يغلي على نار متوسطة مدة 20 د ثم نضيف اللفت المحشو ونغلق الطنجرة ونتركه ينضج على نار هادئة وعند نضوجه نضيف اليه البقدونس المفروم ويقدم
ملاحظة
يمكن ان نعمله بصوص احمر باضافة البا بريكة او ما يسمى في المشرق بالفلفل الاحمر بودرة
كما يمكن اضافة قر ن فلفل اخضر حار مقطع صغير ونتركه يتشوح مع البصل والثوم
كما يمكن عمله باللحم الغنمي او البقري
